What type of leases are offered?

Individual lease terms

What utilities are included in rent?

Extended cable package, Hi-speed wireless internet, water and sewer, and trash.

What lease terms are offered?

12 month lease terms (August-July)

Is parking available?

Yes! parking is available throughout the community and offered at no additional cost.

How do I sign a lease?

The first step is to complete the online leasing application on the website.  Once that is complete,  a member of our team will contact you and send your lease to you for an electronic signature.

What fees are due upon lease signing?

Within 15 days of signing your lease, the $300 reservation fee and $50 administrative fee will be due.

What furniture is included in my apartment?

  • Bedroom: Full XL mattress and bedframe, nightstand, dresser, desk, and chair.
  • Common areas: Couch, loveseat, coffee table, end table, entertainment center, and barstools for built-in dining area.
